  2. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to spice up their meals while keeping their diet on track. This book is filled with tasty and healthy recipes that are very easy to follow. The macros are included with each recipe so it takes the guesswork out of how to fit it into your diet. I’ve made several of the recipes so far and especially appreciate the “healthy” versions of my favorite dishes without sacrificing taste or flavor!

  3. I am not much of a chef…. and when I started my nutrition transformation in February I stuck to the basics, chicken and veggies. But that get’s boring after awhile. This book was perfect for me to continue learning to eat right and mix things up a little! I made the pad thai just the other night and it was sooo good! Tastes just like the Indonesian Peanut Sate, my favorite thing at noodles and company!! Delicious, if I can follow this recipe anyone can!!! Following my fitness goals and feeding myself delicious healthy food!!!

  5. We’ve used many different healthy recipe books over the years but none compare to this book. It has many varieties of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even a cocktail or two. The recipes are quick and easy and most of all delicious! The thought of having to spend time thinking what to make for a meal can sometimes be overwhelming, once I had this book it was so easy to pick it up and make one of the meals that was appealing to me at that moment. Simply said………I LOVE IT!

  6. Because of this book, I actually don’t feel like I’m dieting anymore! I was definitely resistant to healthy eating–I like my cheese, carbs and sweets. Believe it or not, this book has these things! You can actually eat healthy and still enjoy your meal. Pancakes (!) frozen yogurt (!!) and noodles(!!!)…it’s all here, it’s all amazing and it’s all nutritionally sound. The recipes aren’t time consuming, either. This guide is a great compliment to her awesome customized fitness programs.
    Who needs another recipe book when you have this?!

  7. I just had to let you know how great I think your book is! So far I have made, Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya, Shrimp Lo Mein, Frittatas, Sweet Potato Pancakes, and tonight I tried the Stuffed Peppers. OMG everything is so delicious and easy to follow.
